RE4 Steam New Game Pro

Double WR, both LRT and IGT :). 2nd time I get IGT WR since I started running the game. Also first time I get LRT WR in almost 2 years (1 year and 9 months).

This run wasn't done on Twitch as I didn't feel like having 100+ people watching me. However I did a YouTube unlisted stream because Gustavo and Luis wanted to watch and they were there for the whole thing, so they can vouch for the legitimacy of the run. Also got this run a few resets after losing best pace on novis 3:    • :(   (full run:    • Best pace dead (Full run)  )

Yuushi's 1:19:23 was the longest standing WR ever in NG Pro Steam and is one of if not the best run ever in Steam. I honestly could not have beaten it if it wasn't for the new village route which, as shown on this run, saves a shit ton of time. Faster inventory on the first split, pendant skip, 1:47 cabin without needing crazy luck like on the old strat, faster 1-3 and 3-1 merchants, among a few other things. His run is for sure better than this one considering all this, and I have no doubt he could beat this run easily if he decides to come back.

Haven't been this exhilirated after a PB since my old 1:21:44 which is my most meaningful PB :). Couldn't stop shaking for a good 10 minutes after it was done which was very reminiscent of that 44.

Huge thanks to Pocho who explained to me what I was doing wrong on the cabin strat since I kept getting 1:54's. It's funny how if it wasn't for his help this run would not have had a 1:47 cabin and thus would not have been WR, literally.
