Hey guys so nice to see you again! In this video take a journey back in time with me to witness the birth of The Mighty Old Distortion. Kita akan bahas 5 tipe distortion dan perbedaan sound serta circuit nya (natural overdrive ampli, fuzz, booster, distortion dan overdrive)

Disclaimer !! I'm not a pedal builder, gue ga bisa design atau buat pedal overdrive sendiri. Tapi in my opinion, mengerti sedikit tentang basic circuit overdrive distortion dan fuzz bisa sangat membantu kita sebagai player untuk bisa memahami "distortion/overdrive" dengan lebih baik.

Karena terms overdrive dan distortion sering kali ambigu ya, ada beberapa pedal seperti DOD 250 Overdrive Preamp, dilabel Overdrive but really has a circuit that resemble more of a distortion pedal.
Fulltone OCD sering disebut Overdrive tapi in reality juga has a circuit yang resemble distortion pedal.
Boss Blues Driver juga sering disebut overdrive tapi really sounds more fuzzy ketika knob gain nya di crank. I think mengerti sedikit tentang circuit apa yang membuat suatu pedal disebut "distortion" atau "overdrive" atau fuzz bisa sangat membantu kita untuk memahami ribuan pedal overdrive/distortion yang ada di market.
