On Trauma basically all explosives kill you in 1 hit, and this level has random flying gas canisters so yeah pretty annoying. anyway pretty happy with this time.
think the main issue was needing to wait to take damage so I could pickup the last armor, and being to scared of the explosives in the electric chair room.

-Finding All Secrets
-Finding All Armor
-Finding All Holy Items
-Picking Up All Ammo / Kind of dumb.
-Destroying All Breakable Objects

Not required unlocking the Tarot Card. Monster Kills.
