Ingredients (Ajza): -
Paya (Beef trotters) 2 pieces
Pyaz (Onion) chopped 2 medium
Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 Tbs
Namak (Salt) 1 Tbs or to taste
Lal mirch (Red chili powder) 1 Tbs
Dhania powder (Coriander seeds) 1 Tbs
Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ Tsp
Zeera (Cumin seeds crushed) 1 Tbs
Mix Spices (Tez paat (Bay leaf) 2, Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 1, Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 2, Sabut kali mirch (Black pepper corns) 4, Laung (Cloves) 4
Pani (Water) - 3 ltr
Oil - ½ Cup
Dahi (Yogurt) - 1 Cup
Gram Masala - ½ Tsp
For Garnishing:-
Hari mirch (Green chillies chopped)
Hara dhania (Fresh coriander chopped)
Adrak (Ginger julienne)
