Case for Rate Cut Made in FOMC Minutes

Markets reacted positively after the release of the FOMC Minutes, which stated a "vast majority" saw a September rate cut as appropriate. The minutes also stated "several" members made a case for a rate cut in July. Ben Lichtenstein breaks down the report.
