Taylor 914ce plays Lost in a Dream

For this 100th video I've picked probably my favourite track of all the ones I've written. The chord structure is a bit quirky, as is the melody, but the four-note sequences which echo the title seem to fit the vibe perfectly, especially the final four notes.

The lovely, and so romantically named Taylor 914ce is perfect for a track like this, where the high notes ring out so well. My favourite of all strings ever is the second string, and you can easily tell why that is on a track like this.

I also like the John Suhr Signature playing the intro; I doubt whether John Suhr envisaged the guitar being used in this way (although I may be wrong).

On the library album Guitar Swing it's renamed to Big Stride, which I can understand because it does have a slow 2/4 feel, but, not perhaps surprisingly, I'm preferring my original title for YouTube!
