Hey everyone! 👋 In this video i will show you how I use the June Plum fruit to make stewed June Plum.

Stew June Plum Recipe:
4 pounds ripe June Plum peeled
1 cup sugar (more if you like it sweeter)
2 cinnamon sticks or 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
1 small lemon
1 thumb ginger
2 1/2 cups water or enough to barely cover the fruits in the pot
a pinch of salt
Put all ingredients in a pot and boil for 20 minutes or until liquid is reduced to a slightly syrupy consistency. Cool and enjoy. Store in tightly covered container in fridge.
