Ingredients:
2 packs instant ramen noodles (one for soup one for dish)
3-4 green onions
3-4 garlic cloves
2-3 tablespoon red pepper flakes or chili flakes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Soft boiled egg (optional)
Vegetable broth ( chicken or beef broth can be used too)
Baby bok choy (subs with cabbage or lettuce)
