Lisa was diagnosed with cystic fibrosis at 13 years old. As her condition progressively worsened, she was put on oxygen and eventually placed on the transplant waiting list. Then, in October 2015, she received the call that changed her life - a match was available. Three years after her life-saving transplant, Lisa met her lung donor's family.
