Today on this episode of ‘Second Innings with Manjot Kalra’, we welcome Aman Khan as our special guest.

He talked about the beginning of his cricket journey and his dad being his inspiration. In 4th standard, he started playing tennis ball matches at school level. He, then, got selected at an academy in Shivaji Park where he met Shreyas Iyer and developed a deeper bond with him. He also shared his secret to hitting long sixes.

Aman Singh is an all-rounder from Mumbai. In 2021, he made his debut for Mumbai in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. In 2021, he made his T20 debut for Mumbai. In 2022, he was selected by KKR in the IPL auction. He was traded to the Delhi Capitals ahead of the 2023 IPL auction. He described his recent experience at the DY Patil Cricket Tournament, where he was awarded Man of the Series and Best Batsman.

Who is Manjot Kalra?

Manjot Kalra is a left-handed opening batsman from Delhi who played for India U19 in 2018. He was a major contributor in India winning the U19 World Cup against Australia because he scored an unbeaten 101* in the final. He has been a part of IPL as well since he was picked by Delhi Daredevils in 2018 and later retained by them in 2019.

His cricket career has been marked by significant achievements, including his match-winning performances in crucial games and his contributions to various teams at both the domestic and international levels.
