Paulaner - Pouring Ritual for Weisse Bier

Описание к видео Paulaner - Pouring Ritual for Weisse Bier

Because Weisse bier has a higher CO2 content than a normal beer it tends to foam, which is why you need to pay attention to a few rules.

First, the Glass should be rinsed with fresh cold water. This makes the beer easier to pour as the surface of the glass is smoother.

Second, when pouring, hold the glass and the bottle at a 45-degree angle, allowing the beer to carefully flow into the glass. Leave about a finger's width of beer in the bottle, as some yeast will have settled at the bottom of it and we would like to pour this fine yeast into the glass, as well.

Third, stir up the yeast by rotating the bottle, before pouring it into the glass to create a wonderful head of foam. That way, a perfectly poured glass of beer looks really appetizing.

Prost!
