Russian ‘drug-addicted’ army: soldiers smoke marijuana, use strong substances when going to war

Thousands of Russian military personnel use drugs, both in the rear and at the front. Journalists from the publication Verstka found that approximately every tenth occupier smokes marijuana, and many also use more strong substances. Drug couriers in the occupied territories carry goods directly to the trenches, and at soldiers’ positions they find devices for the use of prohibited substances.
