"The Signal" is my submission for the #EnterTheWorldofHansZimmer Music Video competition.

Being a huge fan of Hans Zimmer, I knew that I wanted to give this competition a shot. I wanted to dive deep into a microcosm of the Batman universe and felt that telling the underdog story of the man who restores the Bat Signal would be a really fun and unique way to accompany Hans' incredible music. It was a bold and ambitious project to take on, and none of it would have been possibly without the assistance of Miki Iwasaki and Jess Falstad from Sunset Projects in San Diego. Thank you Jess and Miki for helping to bring this crazy idea of mine to life.

Sunset Projects, LLC is a design and fabrication collective in San Diego’s Midway District. The project is headed by Miki Iwasaki, local artist and designer. The group focuses on fabrication in metal, wood and composite materials in a range of projects from furniture and space design to jewelry and products.
