How to Use "而且(ér qiě)" VS "并且(bìng qiě)"

Hi, guys, How are you? welcome to hanbridge madarin school, today we will learn how to use 并且 and 而且.
“而且”and “并且”are conjunction words, both [both]means “and/in addition”, and they can be used alternatively when connect two separated clauses. While in Chinese, they are different in some conditions.
When “而且” is used as a conjunction in a complex sentence, it is generally put in the first word at the second clause[It generally put in the beginning of the second clause.]. And it shows the progressive relation as “further/more”, which is often used together with “不仅”, “不但”(not only).
