How to Fix PHP extensions disabled error during Drupal 9 installation
Steps:-
1. Go to C:\xampp\php\
2 Open PHP.ini file
3. Search for " ;extension=gd "
4. Uncomment ;extension=gd [ Remove semicolon (;) ]
5. Save the php.ini file
6. Restart Apache/ mysql in xampp
7. That's it your issue will be resolved
