These are the steps in the video:

1) Visit   / creation   and create a new app.
2) Make sure you select 'Other' as the use case and 'Business' as the app type.
3) Once your app is created go to App Roles and add your Instagram Account.
4) Head over to   / manage_access   and accept the invitation
5) Back on facebook developer console, click Instagram and API setup with Instagram business login
and you will be able to generate an access token.
