Ingredients:
For sauce:
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Peanut butter (crunchy or smooth up to you!)
1 tsp Sesame oil
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 clove Garlic, grated
1 tsp Chilli oil (we like Lao Gan Ma)

Suggested toppings:
1 Egg
Cucumber, sliced
1 portion knife cut noodles (or any noodle you have, even maggi works!)
Spring onion, for garnish
