'The Lost 18 Jo Kata' with tutorial...

Hello, my name is Nick Regnier. I am sharing a video that I just made during the pandemic situation with COVID-19. This is a video with tutorial demonstrating with the Jo what we call the “Lost Kata” or “18 Kata” or "1964's Jo Kata" shown by Saito Sensei on the film footage from 1964 recorded in Iwama by Nadeau Sensei.

I was able to do this demonstration thanks to Ethan Weisgard Sensei who recently did a very good video step by step demonstrating this form from Saito Sensei’s 18 Jo Kata, which can be found in this link:   / 10220279815039135
