Creating Custom Text with Custom Placement in iMovie for Beginners

One of the key limitation to iMovie is the ability to customize your text and place text in specific areas in your movie clip. For example, you can put text in the upper right using iMove but what if you need the text in a very specific place right next to something in your video? iMove can be very powerful if you know the tricks to using it. While Apple would like for you to upgrade to Final Cut Pro, if you learn some tricks with iMovie you can create very similar results. iMovie is a great free product and once you learn how to move text to any place in your movie clip you will realize it can create professional looking videos and nobody needs to know you used iMovie.
