The Perfect Tool for B2C Companies; Setting up Person Accounts in Salesforce

Welcome back to another episode of Arnold’s Space Station! In this Ep Arnold runs us through how to set up Person Accounts inside Salesforce.

This feature is perfect for B2C businesses, as well as businesses that are both B2C and B2B as it allows you to sell directly to consumers, while keeping “consumer” data separate from “company” data. This enables you to log specific queries with specific consumers, allowing for retargeting and eliminating double handling data from having to re-enter the same details in two places.
