Kikuo's new song dropped! And I had to make an UTAU cover for Kasane Teto's birthday! This cover will be showcasing some of her whisper bank capabilities as well as her ability to sing in other languages (besides Japanese and English!)

I will admit...there are a couple errors in here and there. In the "yurayurakuyuru" part, Teto sings "yurayurakuYAru" instead. Although in the original, the "yu" sound sounds like a "ya" sound in some section...but still, my mistake. She also sings "koroi" instead of "korori" at one part. But for the most part all the pronunciation should be on point. I don't know how I let these mistakes slip by. I had a deadline and didn't have time to go back and fix.

I think the hardest part about this cover was making Teto sing in Chinese. If you're wondering how I made her sing certain sounds, like the "shè" and "le" sounds, I just used a combination of vowel sounds all with custom envelopes to make sure the sound was smooth. For the "le", I did use some of her sounds from her English bank. But for the most part, it was all made using her Japanese whisper bank.

If you hear Miku's vocals in the background, there is a reason. The instrumental I used is the "Chorus Instrumental". Kikuo included in a instrumental in his "Acapella and Instrumental Base" Drive Folder that had some vocals in it, which are just VERY subtle harmonies with some effects. It was the one he recommended (based on the file name lol) that people use if they want to cover this song.
