Police have released dashcam footage submitted to them through Operation Snap showing an incident of careless driving on 18 June last year near Kingsbury. As a result of the submission, a 21 year old man from Hurley, Atherstone was postally requisitioned to appear at Leamington Magistrates court on 5 March 2024 where he was sentenced to a £381 fine and 6 points on his licence for driving without due care and attention. He was also ordered to pay £110 costs and £152 victim surcharge.
