(I-81) Carlisle's Crazy Bumpy Slab Patched Concrete Section Sounds (Both Directions)

Interstate 81 through Carlisle has the most patches and bumps for a concrete highway I've ever seen. In this video I drive on the right lane which has the most damage and patched slabs compared to the left lane. My dad said it was so bumpy that he almost vomited. I seriously don't understand how this section hasn't been fully resurfaced yet with it being in this rough of shape. While this section was diamond grinded in 2014, it is still interesting just for the amount of patches applied to this section. The camera I used had video stabilization enabled so it doesn't look as bumpy as it was.
