How to make Mini Quiche - Easy & Customizable!

Ingredients Needed:
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of half & half (or 1/2 cup of milk & 1/2 cup of heavy cream)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 3/4 cup other add-in possibilities - onion, peppers, ham, crumbled cooked bacon, mushrooms, spinach, etc - get creative!

preheat oven to 375°
bake for 20-23 minutes
Allow to cool, serve, and enjoy!
