Saifa Flow Drill for Karate - marrying kakie and bunkai

We are starting weekly online karate classes from the 3rd of August: email [email protected] to get added to the sign-up list. Saifa (again) , but this time with flow drills, and using kakie and bunkai to make it effective and elegant. Improve your kata, bunkai and kumite using kakie as the bridge between them all.
