In this video, we give a quick introduction to the form of anarchism espoused by Noam Chomsky. He has a broad definition of anarchism that is hard to disagree with, indeed he believes that, in principle, it is universally accepted but not universally practiced. Interestingly, for Chomsky, his conception of anarchism is inspired by enlightenment principles from Rosseau to Adam Smith. Chomsk's view of anarchism is more that of a philosophy of life than a specific societal goal, dismantling unjust power structures one at a time we should gradually reach a more just and free society.

Personal doubts:
Concerning "renting yourself to survive" it seems to me that humans, during their entire history, had to prove their worth to the tribe (only those at the apex of some power structure could get by being useless). Crucially I suspect that thinking you are useful to the community is deeply tied to happiness so it seems like we are always going to be tied to some form of proving our worth to be happy. Maybe, I don't know.

Concerning freedom I'm not sure we enjoy too much freedom, it's strange, certainly a certain level of freedom is good but when one has too many choices all the time I believe it can have weird negative effects. I would not put freedom as an absolute atm.
Also, I tend to agree that all humans are naturally creative but I'm not sure every human wants to delve deep into that creativity. Humm
