Among The Unknown | The Abandoned Ligonier Beach in Pennsylvania (Episode 52)

Opened in 1925 and closed in 2017, this beach restaurant & lounge was once a popular summer tourist attraction. A flood in 2018, caused the pool to not open even further. This pool was once the largest swimming pool in Pennsylvania with a 400 by 125 foot long beach. In 2019, Ligonier Township purchased the property and the goal is to preserve the historic nature of the property.
