I'm using Osmo Pocket 3 camera on a neck mount for hands free POV view while demonstrating Sony RX10 IV for capturing the natural environment (wide angle) and wildlife (telephoto). Wetland birding with monopod and tilt head, telephoto as macro for videography of butterflies, dragonflies and bees, and using Sony RX10 IV on wide angle with Ronin RS3 Mini gimbal to create immersive capture of the wetland environment.

Includes a detailed look at my action camera accessories including neck mount, handlebar mount, and mini tripods. Detailed look at Manfrotto 290 Carbon Fiber monopod and mini tripods Pixi and Pixi Evo. Demonstration of Pgytech CapLock action camera quick release system.

Usage of DJI action cameras for time lapses with very interesting results. I am slowing the slowest (shortest interval) time lapses using ffmpeg. The clips you see are eight times slower than the original time lapse. This magic is achieved via alteration of the MPEG time stamps. The action camera clips in this video look very similar to trail cameras. Just like with many trail camera clips, a deer walked right up to my action camera and looked right into it. Just because the deer is paranoid doesn't mean it's not being watched.

This is a micro adventure in the spirit of Alastair Humphreys, recumbent cycling 200 km round trip, almost entirely for the purpose of nature videography. Caught in the rain I show some of my rain gear and Mountain Laurel Designs Soul Bivy used with Helinox Beach Chair.

The truth is half of this trip was an absolute disaster. I was repeatedly unable to move and had to shelter in place. Heavy rain and heavy wind. I deleted all the disaster footage, Keep a stiff upper lip and keep on filming.
