I Brewed Treehouse's Recommended NEIPA Recipe

I home brewed ‪@treehousebrewco‬ recipe for a Hazy Double IPA coming in at ~8% ABV and here is how I did it!

Ingredients for a 2.5 gallon batch:

Hops:
60 minute addition of Magnum (20 IBU's) https://bit.ly/3KcZ1bY
20 minute addition of Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe (5 IBU's each)
Flameout of Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe
Dry hopped after 5 days for 5 days with 5g/L of each Citra, Amarillo and Simcoe

Water:
3.0 gallons RO water + 0.5 gallons for sparge

Yeast:

Pitched yeast at 75°F and fermented under 10 PSI for 10 days

Water profile:
144 ppm Calcium
5 ppm Magnesium
10 ppm Sodium
200 ppm Chloride
115 ppm Sulfate
0 ppm Bicarbonate

Original Gravity: 1.080
Final Gravity: 1.020
Yeast Attenuation: 74%
ABV: 7.88%
