A high protein vegetarian wrap!

Who doesn’t love protein packed healthy vegetarian recipes! This one is one is one of my favorites.
Let’s make these delicious & quick wraps!

Ingredients: long slices of paneer(1/2 lb paneer)
1/2 tsp red Kashmiri powder(for color)
Salt to taste
Vegetables of your choice
Your choice of wrap,Tortilla or roti
Chaat masala
Cheese
2 tbsp oil

To make spread: 1.5 cup cilantro
1 can garbanzo beans
2-3 green chillis
1/2 inch ginger
2-3 tbsp yogurt
Salt to taste

Directions: To make spread add garbanzo beans, ginger, green chillis to a blender & blend, then add cilantro, yogurt, salt & blend into a thick paste. Spread is ready!

Take tortilla, add freshly made spread, add paneer slices, vegetables of your choice, cheese, sprinkle chaat masala. Fold the wrap, place on heated pan & cook with ghee/oil/butter on both sides.
Serve hot with green chutney, or the spread & ketchup!
