The 2025 indoor sprint season is around the corner, and I'm training to race over the 60m and 200m very soon. Preparations have been great so far, hitting training PB's in acceleration, max velocity, strength and endurance!

In this episode I continue my preparations, as i complete a specific 200m session even faster than my previous PB from just the week before, along with working on my block start technique and sharpening up before the end of my South Africa training camp.

I'm in the shape of my life, and excited to begin my indoor season very soon!
