can’t go a day without a pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin cream cold brew! so i make it at home and get my fix! :)

i n g r e d i e n t s

vanilla syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2 tsp vanilla extract

basically equal parts water and sugar and then add whatever flavoring you want or none at all,
so easy to customize, make as much as you want and keep stored in air tight bottle for all your coffees during the week :)

pumpkin sauce:
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup pumpkin purée
7oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
pinch of salt

you can double this and make a larger batch to keep for a couple weeks as well :)

pumpkin spice latte:
2-4 shots of espresso for better results (but if not- i use 6-8oz strongly brewed coffee OR cold brew)
4-6 tbsp pumpkin sauce (depending on how sweet you like it)
milk of choice
ice (optional)
top with whipped cream and sprinkle with pumpkin spice (optional)

pumpkin cold foam:
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2-3 tbsp pumpkin sauce
2 tsp vanilla syrup
(makes enough for 2 drinks)

pumpkin cream cold brew:
8-12 oz cold brew
2-4 tbsp vanilla syrup
6-8 oz pumpkin cold foam

please make your coffee however strong, sweet and milky you like it- it is all personal preference :)
