#2 Water cleaning is best! Many customers are surprised to hear that we actually clean your rugs by submerging them in water. Through our research and testing, we found that completely submerging your rugs in water is the best way to ensure the entire rug receives a thorough cleaning.

#3 Ensure fast drying time. Natural fibered rugs have a high absorption factor, which is why they often take longer to dry. The faster we can dry your rugs, the fewer problems we’ll have—especially with color runs. Which is why we speed dry your rugs after the cleaning process. Our climate-controlled room with installed dehumidifiers and air movers keeps the surrounding air as dry as possible to guarantee the best outcome.
