Courtesy of Ryobi I have been able to test a couple of their their new cordless rotary tool. This one is the Ryobi USB Lithium Rotary Tool 4V.
Part of a range of craft tools all with interchangeable lithium batteries.

I had a small issue when I first used it with the collet collar not easily freeing off. Once I had used it a couple of times, however, this freed up and it has been fine ever since. The collet lock is a very useful feature making tool swaps very easy.
Since making the video I have used it for a number of small DIY tasks and it has proved very easy to use as it is so lightweight - and most importantly no cables!
