Instructions:
2 KnitCrate Audine Wools Calm DK yarn
#7US (4.5) long cable circular needles like these: https://amzn.to/39B2WxG
k=knit
p=purl
m1=make one by picking up the strand between 2 stitches and knitting it through the back,
creating a new “twisted” stitch.
cs=center stitch, the one between the 2 add stitches.
pm= place marker or pass marker.
Always, on every row, the first 4 or 5 stitches are seed stitch,
Cast on 88 stitches.
Set up rows:
1.-(k,p,k,p), k10, pm, K1, k14, pm, K1, k28, pm, K1, k14, pm, K1, k10, (p,k,p,k).
2.- (k,p,k,p,k) purl until 5 stitches left. Last 5: (k,p,k,p,k).
Row 1.- (k,p,k,p), k to marker, -M1, pm, K1, M1-, k to marker, -M1, pm, K1, M1-,
k28, -M1, pm, K1, M1-, k to marker, -M1, pm, K1, M1-, k to last 4. Last 4: (p,k,p,k).
Row 2.- (k,p,k,p,k) purl until 5 stitches left. Last 5: (k,p,k,p,k).
Repeat these 2 rows for 7”, measured on the add on part.
Then keep on working and adding stitches by m1 on each side of the middle stitches, on EVERY OTHER right side row, until 12” from the start.
Bind off softly.
Pick up 88 stitches on the right side of the neck. (From the back stitch of every chain like stitch).
Work seed stitch for 14 rows or so. Bind off on the 15th, very softly.
Weave in the ends and block.
