My good friend Jeff Houck of the Tampa Tribune told me that he had a good friend who was a very prominent and talent food writer and put me in contact. She suggested a restaurant I somehow had not heard of in Tampa called "The Refinery" Turns out it's a James Beard award winner! The food was so creative and original and beyond delicious!

If you find yourself in Tampa this is a definite must go to restaurant.
