In a previous video, we talked about unlimited web-to-lead forms.

Most business management platforms only give you one — maybe two — types of lead forms.

In this video, I’ll give you a quick overview of how to create, customize, and use these forms inside the system.

Let’s start by looking at a form that’s already been created — and walk through how to edit it.

🔧 The Form Builder
With the form builder, you can add:

Headers

Paragraph text

File uploads

Fields for the lead’s position or role at their company

And more...

Let’s say you want to edit the message field.
This field always maps to the description field on the lead record — but you can change the label, add help text, set a placeholder, and even control the input size if you want to limit the amount of text submitted.

Once you're happy with your changes, just click Save.

And here's the best part — you don’t have to update anything on your website.
The link and integration code stay the same. The form on your site will automatically reflect any changes you make here in the system.

⚙️ Form Setup
Before building the form, you'll complete a Form Information & Setup section.

Here’s what you can configure:

Form name

Lead source (manage sources, statuses, and email routing)

Default status of the lead when it comes in

Assign a responsible team member

You can also customize the branding — change the button color and edit the call-to-action text.

🔁 Submission Settings
You decide what happens after the form is submitted:

Redirect to a thank you page or custom URL (great for tracking in Google Analytics)

Show an on-screen confirmation message

Prevent duplicate leads by email address

Instead of creating a duplicate, the system will log a task for the assigned team member

📢 Notifications
Control who gets notified when a new lead is submitted:

Notify specific team members

Notify based on role (like Sales or Business Development)

Or notify only the person assigned to the lead

📥 Data Collection
You can make fields like address, city, state, ZIP code, or country required — depending on your needs.

Once your form is complete, head over to the Integration Code section.

You have 3 ways to deploy your form:

Direct Link – Great for emails

Embedded iFrame – For your website (you can control the height and width for a better fit)

Landing Pages – With or without your logo

Just copy and paste the method that works best for your situation — no custom coding required.
