The essential job of the business assessment and business performance measurement is to diagnose the business, and by revealing your areas of weakness, it will be easy to fix them.

What most entrepreneurs do not realize is that the main idea of business analytics and BI is to understand what is working and what is not working in your business. Also, to determine how good are your business at making money and how efficient you are at keeping the money you made.

If a business is not achieving its goals, that is a symptom that needs a business assessment that can direct the business on the areas of weakness that the business needs to work on to achieve its goals.
