CyberArk Vault Upgrade 12.6 to 13.2

To enable the upgrade of the C++ you need to change the registry key "start".
This Registry key is to enable the start of the Windows Installer service.
this key can be found here:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\msiserver
Change the value of Start to 3.
You will need to reboot the server after you change the value.

Once you have completed the upgrade you will need to revert the change.
This Registry key is to disable the start of the Windows Installer service
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\msiserver
Change the value of Start to 4.
And a reboot.
