This video is to show how to update the BIOS on the Asrock B450M Steel legend to get it ready for 5000 series processors including the 5600G and 5900x.
As with any updates or upgrades, a backup of your system might be a good idea and also give yourself some time to perform the BIOS update, rushing a process like this could damage the motherboard and stop the computer from functioning.
With the board NOT having any USB bios flash back options, if this goes wrong you are looking at buying a new motherboard.
