One of the major differences between the two trading instruments is that with binary options you will make fixed returns such as 70%, but the returns vary from broker to broker and the type of trades which you will learn more about the more you watch my videos. In Forex the returns are unlimited and you can set whatever risk/reward ratio you like. Most aim for 1:1 which is for every Pip you risk on the stop loss you aim to make 1 pip with your profit target. The other difference between the forex and Binary options is that with binary options you choose an expiry for your trades which can range from 30 seconds to days. In forex you can stay in for as long as you like depending on your profit targets which may or may not be hit. The target you are trying to hit with forex is predetermined by you and usually set at things like support or resistance points, Fibonacci levels or it can be just a set target. Whatever target area you choose it’s hard to predict how long a trade can take to get there and if it doesn’t how long before you exit and it takes your stop loss.

Both Binary Options and Forex can be traded profitability but the above points have to be kept in mind when determining which form of trading suits you best. Binary Options can be profitable if your system provides you enough profitable trades because if you don’t hit a certain amount you will constantly lose and it will not be viable.

Binary options are a good way make money in a short period of time if you can predict the direction for smaller timeframes. In forex this is called Scalping and scalpers usually try to get a few pips here and there which does not amount to much. In Binary Options it can be a lot more return for a very short trade.
