Make your AC work better in your Miata - HVAC Foam Restore!

OK so you have to pull your dash for this. But if you're already in there like to replace your heater core, this is a quick mod that really helps with interior temps and makes your vents work like factory!

I'll show you how to replace all the nasty, degraded, foam in your HVAC vent assembly so that air will go to the vents you select, and so your heater core is insulated correctly. Unlike many cars, the Miata heater core always has hot coolant running through it. Even if your blower fan is off, this heat will radiate all over. If you have your AC on, it will need to cool down this extra load as well. This process only requires a few simple things from a local hardware store.

Wire brush
