1. Parallelism in the X and Y directions: the dial indicator is absorbed in a reliable position, one side of the gauge is flattened, the needle touches the other side of the gauge, shakes the handwheel, and observes the reading of the dial;
2.X and Y plane verticality: Install the dial indicator in a reliable position, one side is flattened, the gauge needle gently touches the other side of the gauge, shake the handwheel, and observe the indicator reading;
3. Circle drawing accuracy: Connect the dial indicator light to the spindle, draw a circle on the plane, and take the reading of each indicator light on the four quadrant points;
4. Vertical degree and left and right direction before and after the column: fix the dial indicator in a reliable position, touch the gauge surface with a needle, shake the handwheel, and observe the dial reading
5. Reverse gap compensation: Install the dial on the top of the workbench, gently touch the needle to the hard surface, shake the handwheel back and forth, and observe the dial reading
