Welcome back to my channel! If you are new here...HEY!!!

My name is Jen Jones. I am a singer, owner of https://www.nevellskin.com, and a health enthusiast!

I love to share recipes to inspire others and post creative ideas in hopes that they will help you on your own plant-based journey. I will attach links as well to make it easier for you to find herbs etc.

Lemon Water:

Morning Coffee:
Organic Medium roast beans
Collagen powder (not vegan)
Adaptogen blend= raw cacao, ashwagandha, maca, lions mane, Shatavari

Adaptogens help our bodies adapt to stress. Always research before consuming herbs.

Sea moss milk:
3 cups water
1 tbsp Irish sea moss
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds
1 date
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Blend

Avo toast:
Sourdough bread
Garlic Clove
Mushrooms(balsamic, maple syrup, black pepper)
Avocado (crushed red pepper and sea salt)
Spinach (lemon juice)
Drizzle with honey

Fruit:
Oranges and pineapple topped with cinnamon

Spring Rolls:
Rice paper
Tempeh
Kale
Whatever veggies you like

Dipping sauce:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp sriracha
1 tbsp sesame oil
Slowly drizzle in warm water until you reach desired consistency

Tea:
1 tbsp of each

Brew for a minimum of 10 minutes

Cup (highly recommended for brewing loose leaf tea)

Dip
1 can or small jar of artichokes rinsed and chopped
2 cups spinach chopped
Cashew Sauce
1 cup soaked cashews (soak for a couple hours or soak in hot water for 30 minutes)
1/4 cup plant milk
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
Fresh lemon juice (half of a lemon)
Sea salt to taste
Blend in a food processor for 3-4 minutes.

Pour on top of veggies and mix
Top with panko breadcrumbs and nutritional yeast
Bake on 400 covered for 10 minutes then another 10 minutes uncovered. Serve with toast or veggies
