📖 Plot:
Brown plays Curtis Hook, a slick, no-nonsense criminal doing time after a big-money heist. The twist? The stolen $1.5 million is still out there — buried. As corrupt guards, greedy inmates, and double-crossing allies close in, Hook has to outwit them all, survive the prison system, and escape to reclaim the loot. But freedom has a price… and Hook isn’t paying with change.

Directed by Jonathan Kaplan, with a funky 70s soundtrack, fast-paced action, and Brown in full command of the screen — The Slams is everything fans of classic Black action cinema could ask for.
