🍂 Cozy Small Town Vlog ☕
This was my first year attending the Fall festival and it was so much fun! We met a few neighbors and enjoyed the rides and lights. And of course you cant go to a festival without ending the night with a funnel cake 🎂 A week or so later, I start the day with some light cleaning, coffee, baking, and making breakfast. Afterwards, we stop by a new local bookstore 📚

A little bit of baking, a little bit of adventure, and a lot of cozy vibes.

Bread Ingredients:
1 cup of water warm water
Half cup of plain greek yogurt
2 tsp dry active yeast
2.5 cups of flour
2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Add 2 tsp of dry active yeast to 1 cup of warm water. Let yeast bloom for about 10 mins. Add a half cup of plain Greek yogurt to water and yeast mixture. Incorporate well. Add 2.5 cups of regular flour and 2 tsp of salt to your yeast/water/yogurt mixture. Mix until you have a shaggy dough. Let rest for 1-2 hours. Add bread to a baking dish or roll into a loaf and add to a baking sheet (use parchment paper for this method). Brush a bit of olive oil on top when your ready to bake. Bake loaf at 400° for 25 mins then lower the temp to 375 for the last 20.
