#97 Gluing Bails - 7 Easy Steps

I quickly show you how I glue bails onto my fused glass jewelry. I have shown this within other videos but wanted to make a separate video that would be easy to find.

STEPS
1. Etch the glass where the bail will be applied. Use any etching tool & bit.
2. Clean off the glass dust with a damp cloth.
3. Apply E-6000 glue to the bail pad.
4. Press etched glass into the bail with glue.
5. Press bail & center the bail on the glass pendant.
6. Allow it to dry for 24 hours on a level surface.
7. Heat in an oven or kiln to set the glue. 270˚F (130˚C) for 20 minutes.
Once it's completely cool it's ready to wear.
