We're continuing with the Hemp theme, and bringing you an awesome Hemp seed Chocolate spread recipe, that is like a healthy version of Nutella. We use hemp hearts in this recipe, and keep this recipe easy and healthy.

Hemp Seed Chocolate Spread Recipe:
1/2 Cup of Hemp Seeds
2-3 tbsp of Sweetener (Maple Syrup, Honey, or Coconut Sugar)
2-3 tbsp of Cocoa Powder
1/4 Cup of Coconut Oil

1. In a small blender or food processor, add all ingredients and pulse till smooth. Use a spatula to scrape off the sides where needed. Taste and adjust flavors and thickness to your liking. Thicken with more hemp seeds, sweeten with sweetener, or add more bitterness and chocolate flavor with more cocoa powder.

2. Place in a clean Tupperware or jar. Serve on toast, add to recipes, or eat it by the spoon!

If you don't eat it all in one sitting, it will likely harden in the fridge so you will need to take it out before serving or microwave it for 30 seconds.
