Even if you do not have a stand mixer, you can make this Japanese Milk Bread by hand kneading. As long as you use the right method, it will not be difficult at all! This milk bread remains fluffy and delicious for three days!

▷Ingredients:
Strong flour 300g
*Instant yeast 4g
Milk 100g
Water 70g
Whipping cream 50g
Sugar 20g
Salt 3g
Unsalted butter 25g

*I used active dry yeast, so I soaked in liquid for 5-10 minutes before using. If you are using instant dry yeast, you can skip this procedure.

▷Suggested fermentation time:
First fermentation 1 hour
Second fermentation 50-60 minutes (until 90% full)

▷Baking information:
Bake at 175°C for 35-40 mins

▷Mould
450g bread mould
