Letting Heartbreak Be Your Guide | Richard Rohr’s Daily Meditations

What would your life look like if instead of following your bliss, you followed your heartbreak?

In this 30-minute video, author Adam Bucko sits down for a thoughtful conversation with CAC’s Digital and Print Publications Manager, Mark Longhurst. Together, they discuss Adam's book "Let Heartbreak Be Your Guide," and the role radical resilience plays in our lives.

Adam shares the inspiration behind the title of his book: “When we hold onto our heartbreak and our aliveness — when we really meditate on it — when we hold those questions with every cell of our being, something cracks and there's this sense that arises in us. And I call that the Holy Spirit, or the impulse of God.”

Explore his unique perspective in this exclusive interview from the Daily Meditations from the Center for Action and Contemplation.
